The staff is friendly!
Always a nice staff. If you have what you need and all of your proper credentials, everything is smooth and quick. Only rental car place I use.
My wife and I prefer this location over the O’Fallon one. There’s always a good vibe and the employees are always kind. The O’Fallon location said my vehicle was never checked in the day after I dropped it off. Unorganized at its finest. We’ve never had an issue at the Swansea location.
I visit the Ofallon Illinois location often and love it there but they have been booked up so I have been going to the Swansea Illinois location the first time was 03-05-2021 and the said because it was a day before reservations they basically can put me in anything not that I was being picky I just wanted anything full size they put me in a Mitsubishi Outlander that was scratched up pretty bad and dent on the bumper i took it because I needed to leave ASAP on top of that if I’m paying for the collision and damage plus using my insurance why is there a $300 deposit I use to pay 200 but the went up to 3 and if my reservation says 170 why are they upping the price because of of the cars they have available other locations just do a free upgrade or go trade off a rental at another location but I don’t want any problems so I don’t say anything now my second time renting through the Swansea location was 03/20/2021 and I checked in on my phone so I can have the ready pass and after sitting there for 35 min in turn 12pm and he goes what are u here for have u been helped cuz we are closed the same shirt rude guy with glasses from before and luckily it was a nice woman there that finished what he couldn’t so it came out good in the end but they definitely need better customer service
