Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Vehicle I reserved not available so I got a free upgrade. The SUV wasn’t ready when I arrived at the site to pick it up but I only waited 15 minutes while it got washed and vacuumed. The service was great. The vehicle was more than adequate, it had all the bells and whistles. Made for quite the comfortable ride on my family road trip. I’ve Rented many vehicles from Enterprise through the years and have never had a bad experience. I’ll continue to rent from them.

Today was the most stressful day of my life and when I went to pick up my rental for my job there were some issues processing. However, the woman who was helping me was THE nicest, most patient, helpful and friendly person I have ever encountered in sales/customer service. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but the world needs more people like her because she truly was heroic in that moment. My phone died while making a call to sort it out, she offered me her charger. Her communication was excellent and she was so kind and sweet. I will always go back to this location now because of the amazing positive experience I had working with her despite some road blocks (which were not her/enterprise issues). Thank you amazing employee!

The employees went above and beyond to ensure safety and comfort during this pandemic. So kind and professional. It is always really busy, and it’s a skeletal team, so I recommend getting there early for your reservation. These guys are working extra hard by themselves, and are doing a great job. Highly recommend the Milford location!

I was extremely satisfied with the services I experienced for this particular rental. I had no reservation as my own vehicle suddenly developed a problem while I was driving to work that day. I am fortunate that the repair facility is only two doors down the street from the Enterprise rental place. That particular day when I left off my vehicle for repair the sky opened up and torrential rains began to pour down just as I began to walk down to Enterprise. I had no rain coat and had to carry all my supplies for that days work while trying to juggle an umbrella over my head. I had sandals on my feet and the parking lot I had to cross was soon a two inch deep river. By the time I arrived at Enterprise I was more than drenched. I was met with signs instructing all clients remain outside for assistance due to Covid. A very kind employee noticed my predicament and immediately ushered me in out of the rain to conduct my business. When I said that I had no reservation he said there might not be any thing available. When I explained my predicament and that I am an essential caregiver for the disabled on my way to work a 10 hour shift he managed to find a vehicle that had just been returned and he quickly prepared it for me to be on my way. I am extremely grateful to him as was my client when I made it to work only a few minutes late that day. I have always had excellent service at all Enterprise agencies I have been to and am especially grateful for that day.
