Booked rental online between 11-12pm pick up. I arrived at 1145am and spoke with Lukas at the desk. They didn’t have an SUV ready yet and when I said why didn’t anyone call or notify me Tori shouted “Well I had you down for 11am” in an extremely rude tone. I told her I booked it over the phone and told her the story. Lukas saw an SUV pull up and was quick to help. Tori continued to be rude on calls while I was still waiting for the SUV. Customer service sure isn’t for everyone. Good thing Lucas performsnExcellent service recovery

The manager Tori has done a whole 360 on customer service. I’ve been a customer and vip member for a long time. The car I reserved was not ready at the time of pick up. The upgrade she offered me was smaller. We are tall and need leg room, I explained. They had another small suv that would of worked, yet she wouldn’t allow me to rent it as a free upgrade. She has worked with me in the past when they didn’t have what I reserved. I also get a military discount but they don’t care about any of that. Tori has lost me and others as loyal customers. Her unwillingness and excuses have blown me out the water. I’d rather drive and put miles on my Audi SUV than to accept that kind of treatment. ud83dudc4eud83cudffd

My customer service representative was attentive, personable, professional and very thorough. They extended every courtesy at pickup and drop off. I would definitely use them for any future rental.
