Always had a good experience here. I don't really have any complaints, but. y most recent rental was clearly given to me shortly after it was turned back in. There were a few dirty things within the vehicle (cup holders & storage areas). The van was definitely smoked in (and not cigarettes) shortly before I got it because it smelled very strong. I hope they charged those people a smoking fee.
I like how quickly they made the visit. I was literally there for 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and they helped me out a lot. They even worked with me on the deposit because i wanted more coverage fir the trip. Overall excellent service.
Had to wait 24 hrs after reservation to get a car cause they said they had nothing available then I was 3rd in line to wait 20 min to have a car cleaned I thought maken a reservation that ur car was ready wen u showed up so had to push my biz trip up a day threw everything off alittle disappointed this time
Was told yesterday by an employee over the phone that the branch would be open today 01/03/20. Google said its closed but I went with what the guy said and now my plans are shot for the day. No ones answering and call center stated this branch is closed for today.
Renting from Enterprise was so easy and they were so helpful.We will be going back to rent a vehicle in the future.
