LISTEN TO ME! These people are complete frauds. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Their cars are very unsafe. They do not service or inspect the cars before you get in them. They only clean them and rent to the next person. I rented a Ford Expedition and the entire front end was so messed up and the wheel of the truck continuously rocked back and forth causing me to swerve on the road. When I arrived at my destination the brakes were smoking. On my way back at the light the truck would cut off. They also have an attachment on the battery that you have to unhook each time you get out the car. The day I rented the truck the battery died while I was in the gym and I had to call someone to jump it off. I was only in the gym for 2 hours. In the paper work they have you sign a form that makes you forfeit the deposit if you go over 74.75 mph. The meters on the cars make up speeds and report the number that they enter in. This company targets black people for business and then robs them blind. It may be a little more information needed but rent from a professional rental place and save yourself the anger. Look on the better business website. This company is not certified and they have a big F with the BBB and 6 complaints have already been filed. That’s why they changed the name to Cars Llc

Please do not rent from AAA Auto they are rip off they have a speed device on a car sit at 75 mph I went 75.2 and they took my deposit . They are ripping people off. so if you rent from these people you will not get your deposit back I promise you Mar. 25th 2021

Biggest rip off ever they give you all these guidelines talking about Speed and they find anyway to keep your deposit scamming people out of their money I wouldn’t recommend this company go to hertz or enterprise
