Ann was the BOMB! Great customer service and communicated everything detail so we were sure and confident in our rental choice. She made the experience very easy and pleasant and I would definitely come back to this location JUST for her service. Give her a raise Enterprise!

Ann was terrific! She tried to make it right. This one star rating is for the company. They were supposed to pick me up at 8:15. No show. No call. I attempted to call them, but no one answered. My claims adjuster also tried. Finally, got a ride to the rental location. They said they didn’t have any cars. When I said I had a reservation and they were supposed to pick me up, they were totally unaware. They’ve lost my business. Especially, when other businesses are more dependable. I’d rather pay for it myself than use my insurance if this is what I’d have to deal with.

This is the worse location to rent a car from. I made reservations on a Wednesday to pick up a rental on the this Friday at 9am. I received a call at 7:50 am this morning (Friday) informing me that they do not have any cars right now but I will be put on a waiting list and will receive a call to come pick up as soon as its ready. It is now 4:43pm and I have yet to receive a call. I went to the location at 2:30 to inquire about the rental. I was told that I am still on the waiting list and they’re still waiting on cars and that they are overbooked. This is the second time this has happen. 1st-Why are you all overbooking people for cars that you apparently don’t have and not sure if you will have. 2nd -This is a very very very inconvenience to the customer 3rd- Why are you all banking on someone returning a car that they may extend.

Spoke with the branch manager named Kevin, due to a review that was posted previously.We spoke roughly for about 30 minutes.I was glad that he did a follow up call on my experience.He was polite, patient, and demonstrated other characteristics of customer excellent service .He explained to me unanswered questions that I had about renting a car and things I didn’t understand.I’m glad that he called because he cared about my experience to hear me out.Thank you again Mr.Kevin for being so kind and making sure a customer was happy at the end of the day!
