Currently in a broken down rental I got in Tennessee for a Florida trip. Broke down in Montgomery Alabama and made it to this location with the car. Employees in the lot too busy chatting to offer assistance when called out to. The emergency rep on the phone tried to call in to 3 different numbers for the location and couldn't get an answer. Asked me to walk my phone in to finally speak with someone. When I reached the counter, Glenda was somewhere else talking as well. She approached me and I told her the ordeal and that a rep was on my phone for her. She refused to take my phone. After a few moments she said ok I'll talk to her but we got nothing for you. I'm still sitting in their lot, a current customer with no assistance. This lot is full. Wish I could add a photo. This is ruining our vacation.

Rented a vehicle from Nashville airport to go to Orange Beach for spring break, first vehicle pieces of the vehicle started dragging on the highway ud83dude33nSwitched vehicles in Montgomery AL, the vehicle they gave us smelled like an ashtray, went back to switch letting them know our daughter is allergic to cigarette smoke, they stated that was all they had- at least 20 more vehicles in the parking lot. Called customer service for Budget and they told me “you can get it cleaned and we can get your money back”nWe are on vacation, we also need to now wash all of our clothes before even starting to relax ud83dude33 DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET

They said they was out of cars to rent bit their parking spaces are full of cars. They said they was on hold to be return to their other facilities.

Rental Agreement Number# 54272695nnI rented a Black Mazda CX-5 for 4th of July weekend in Selma, AL.nnGuess what, I picked up the vehicle and the vehicle was dirty and unsanitized for the second time with your Company! There was only one Employee for the counter when I picked up the vehicle, as a result; they couldn't leave the counter because it was busy. Therefore, I spend 30 minutes of my valuable cleaning and sanitizing your disgusting vehicle that your Company claim you do! I would like some of my money back for this Rental and I DO NOT want any Credit Voucher!
