Lived there 3 years and it was wonderful. Maintenance staff was always quick and super friendly. Neighbors became friends and it was a quite and safe place at all times. The manager Tasha knows her stuff and was always pleasant to deal with. I believe she is the difference and makes Musgrove estates feel more like an upscale condo village instead of your regular apartments. The location and convenience added to all that makes it the best place to live.
I have worked with Wendy for the past several months and she has been so very helpful and is always very friendly. She had made this process extremely easy and has kept me informed while waiting on an apartment to become available.
Wendy Armstrong is the property manager at Musgrove Estates. She is absolutely the best. I had no idea finding and renting an apartment for my 19-year old son would be so easy - thanks to Wendy. She let me know everything that I needed to do and when to do it. She helped me set up the accounts with Cullman Electric and Bader Insurance and told me how to get Spectrum Internet. She either called or emailed me with updates on everything I needed to know. The apartment was move-in ready. It had been painted and steam cleaned. Our experience with Wendy was and still is great.
