The customer service is phenomenal at the Wheeling downtown location! Staff is always friendly and speedy in getting you in and out. The vehicles I've rented have all usually been brand new and super clean! Highly recommend this location!
Did not listen to questions I had before pushing me through the paperwork. Then found out they could not rent me a car because my work was going to be paying for it. I had used them in the past with no issues. But they do not accept any cards that are not attached to local brick and mortar banks. So if your debit is through an online company maybe find another place to rent a car.
Very helpful and courteous , and pretty girls work there...
The process overall was very good. Only 2 things were below par: made reservation for economy car and upon arrival did not have. Offered next category up at higher price, should have automatically offered next car for same price, shouldn’t have to request it. The final point was a required deposit of almost the cost of rental. Totally ridiculous! One big positive was checking in rep he was awesome- very friendly and professional!
I've rented a car 2x this year from them and both times the car ive selected was unavailable..... they're not friendly and annoying to deal with
