In the last year they seem to have been in a constant state of remodeling and reshuffling, making it very hard to find anything. We tried the pickup option instead, only to not have our order filled after waiting two weeks for our pickup date and then two hours in the pickup area (which had already been pushed back once). I've given them over a year to stop disappointing me but they just can't.

I love the Kroger in Barboursville. It is always so clean and neat. It is almost always stocked with fresh and ripe fruits and vegetables. You can usually find anything that you could possibly need or want in there. And besides the prices always being great to start with, they have great online coupons and if your a member they will mail you special coupons just for you. Can ya tell what my favorite store is??? ud83dude06

It's a excellent grocery store, but don't always have stuff in stock that you want or on sale!!!!!

Was in this location with my 80ish mother to help her with her shopping. She was riding one of the handicap carts and the aisles are so junked up with stockers machines and carts she couldn't hardly get down the aisle! This location has junk in almost every aisle every week.. it's horrible! The cashier was nice and bagger too but at no time did ANYONE ever offer my mom any help to the car to help load her groceries! Pitiful!
