We stayed in room 704 the Pullman suite. This 1600 sf room was very spacious. Pretty much a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 full and 1 half bathroom! This was huge deal for me and my family of 5. Bedroom 1 had a king bed and bedroom 2 had 2 queen beds, living room had TV and sleeper sofa. It also had a round dining table with 6 chairs. Kitchen area had a refrigerator and microwave but stove which was a little weird. Both bedrooms had full bathrooms and a closet. Very nice suite see pictures.
Super expensive. Which when I pay that amount of money I expect it to be phenomenal. That's not what I received. The staff was great do not get me wrong wonderful customer service. But my room wreaked of cigarette and marijuana. Mainly the bathroom so I'm assuming that the person prior to me being there smoked in the bathroom. There was also a lot of hair in the bathroom shower. Other than that I cannot complain. I really wouldn't even beat the complaining about it myself but I had a toddler with me and the hotel in entire area was already filled up due to the power outage. That is why I couldn't ask to be changed rooms.
I love this hotel, the staff treats me like a king!! Love it
Great Bed. Shower gets very hot if you turn it up, but is very comfortable. Wide range of TV channels. Only complaint is NO FREE BREAKFAST. definitely one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at. You also get a free chocolate chip cookie with your check-in. It comes hot too!
Always a great experience. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
