The stars must’ve been aligned perfectly. This was my third vehicle from this dealership and they treated me like I was a return customer. I said jump and they said how high that’s how I was treated. That was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Our sales lady Heather Bailey, even though she has only been there a couple of months, made us feel very comfortable and at ease with no pressure.nNegotiating with Clete, the sales manager, was not one sided. That is how negotiating should be. When it came to financing, You know the part where of your stomach hits the floor, you know this is the very worst part about buying a car, we met Brett the business manager. Brett had his ducks in a row, he already knew the numbers and they didn’t change the whole time we were in there. He knew who we wanted to finance through, had all paperwork ready to go. So if you don’t understand this review I will sum it up for you. It was a great buying experience from A to Z. Would recommend all of these guys to anyone. Thanks for a great experience. We visited and purchased a 2021 Jetta today at Moses. We were greeted and helped by Jim Leach. He was no nonsense and probably the most ethical car salesman we have ever encountered. If you are thinking about purchasing at least give him a shout. Everyone that was part of the process was great But this guy is the cream of the crop.
I had Matt help me out, he’s a great guy. Truly helpful! I’ll be going back to him for my next vehicle.
