Our car had tar all over the outside of the car. However the car was an infinity, it was a great ride.nOur service of trying to get started was greatly lacking. Our car was supposed to be picked up at 8:00 am. The car still needed to be washed at 8:00 am or a little later. Like I said tar was all over the side an did not wash off... Kinda embarrassing! So the service of getting us on the road early was not good.nIf you order a car for 8:00 am.... It's Best to be Ready! Actually we've rented several cars at different locations an mostly this service is about the same. About thinking... It's Best to Not Rent Anymore!
Service was great. Agents were really nice and price was good. Only issue I had is that few of their locations had no cars available that day but I got lucky that one did. Will def be using their service again if needed. Thank you!
Great bunch of folks to deal with. Excellent customer service. Noah from the Ashland store (great dude) put me in touch with them and they did a great job with everything.
Great service in and out in maybe 15 minutes.
They were very friendly! They explained all fees up front and were extremely helpful when I had a problem with my bank that I couldn't figure out. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
