Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have never had a problem with enterprise until now. Enterprise was supposed to drop off my rental car, which was booked a week in advance, yesterday by 6:00 p.m. It is a day later, and I do not have a rental car. I was informed they would have a rental car for me by 10:30 a.m. today. 11:30 rolls around, and I do not have a rental car. I had to call them, which is extremely unprofessional. I understand things happen, but I planned to have a car. They should have updated me. I called Enterprise for the 3rd time, and I was informed they would change the car's oil and deliver it in an hour. It is now 5:03 p.m., and I do not have a car. I called the 3rd Ave office again and was told they do not know when my car will be back from Firestone. Here is a thought, why not call Firestone and see? This is extremely inconsiderate. Obviously, Enterprise has given my car, which was booked a week in advance, to someone else. I was told to call Budget rental if I wanted to make sure I had a car on the 25th.nnIt gets better; the district manager called me and told me his employee lied to me and my car was not receiving an oil change. There was never a car. He added that they do not plan on having any rentals until fall because there are no cars to purchase. There is an enterprise car dealership right up the road. Purchase vehicles from them. I recommend not reserving a vehicle from any Enterprise in the tri-state area if you have somewhere important to go.

Great place. The employees are nice and friendly. A good place to rent a car. The car I drove was a great vehicle. I would use Enterprise again.

If you're in an emergency situation don't go in expecting a vehicle. apparently them or any other enterprise within a hundred mile radius doesn't have anything. I guess they're a great company if they actually have a vehicle for you to rent. Maybe consider increasing your fleet size?

Enterprise was there when I needed them. I was given an upgrade at the same price, the vehicle was top-notch, and I was allowed to turn the car in that night via drop keys in box. My refund was timely. Not to mention the enterprise employee was nice, friendly, and very helpful. I will rent from enterprise again.

Amazing service they took a car from one enterprise lot I was unhappy with and gave me one more suited to what I wanted. Great service
