Been a gold member for 13years and never been disappointed.
Hertz on 3rd Ave is by far the best car rental service in Huntington WV. Great, friendly staff! There are many options when it comes to models to fit most transportation needs. The Gold Rewards program is by far the best in my opinion beating out Enterprise or Budget. Highly recommended!
Great on site service. Greeted me at the curb with the keys done didn't need to move the bags in. Same on the return. Only downside is they are not onsite at the airport and since they pick up or drop off you need to calculate in an extra 15 min and $20 each way for an uber.
Do NOT use this place. Absolute waste of your time and money. Car was absolutely disgusting when delivered. Red head at front desk should lose her job. Was Cussed at and had door slammed in my face. @statefarm @baline warfield general manager pa/wv
This is a terrible car rental location. The employee we worked with changed my wife's reservation from her Alcon business account and charged her 200$ extra dollars without telling her and would not fix their mistake. We rent cars frequently and I highly recommend going with Enterprise, they are much more professional.
