We rented a car through Expedia, but they did not honor our request because we didn’t pay upon reservation. We assumed they would keep my reservation and allow us to pay when I got the car, but that was not the case. Not only that, but there was a long line to hear this news. We waited about 30 minutes to find out that we weren’t even getting a car. We were stuck without a car and had to call out friends to pick us up. Thankfully, we had friends to get us, but it was an inconvenience. I would not recommend this service.
Horrible customer service. After reserving a car they put on extra fees. There was a 3 hour wait for my reserved car that I expected and needed immediately after my flight.
Fast and easy but the lady did try to charge me more for gas when i filled it at the shell gas station down the street but besides that all well
Slow as f!. Why do yall continue to be understaffed?
They took my reservation, and I called their customer service number, which confirmed the vehicle is there. When I got there, they said they were sold out and gave away my car. That's not how reservations work. I reserved the car, so you wouldn't give it away.
