I have rented from Alamo twice in 2020 (July and December) at the Dallas-Love Airport. The process was smooth and easy. A shuttle comes by within minutes and takes you to the area to rent a car. The counter process runs pretty smooth and then they take you to your car. Getting out of the location is smooth and easy as well. When it's time to bring your car back, it takes less than a minute for the person to check you in. That was easy. I have zero complaints and would happily recommend Alamo at Dallas-Love Field to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience at the Alamo at Love Field in Dallas. The young lady who checked us in and took us to the lot to pick out a vehicle was extremely nice and efficient. Returning the car and getting back to the terminal was the easiest I've ever experienced. The car was spotless and performed perfectly for the whole week we had it. I will definitely use Alamo again.

Super easy process from reservation, to car pick up using the skip the counter option, to return. The car, Nissan Altima, was clean and comfortable. The customer service person (I believe his name was Derrick Oates) was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely use Alamo again.

The staff that helped me were very accommodating. They got me through the checkout process quickly, and gave me a choice of cars. Being a member also helps with the discount it gives. Thanks Alamo, I'll be back.

I needed a last minute passenger van bc enterprise canceled last min on me. Alamo was easy check in and out. Everyone was friendly and made the process easy. Definitely recommend Alamo
