Great experience with this location. As a premier member, I jumped right in the car I reserved and drove out. Upon return the staff was friendly and very helpful after my father followed me into the car return, and needed assistance exiting. I prefer the personal touch at this location opposed to the larger DFW airport. National is, hands down, my go-to car rental service!
From the time we got on the shuttle the experince was FABULOUS!!! I will be using National again. Side note.......nI Would suggest if the line is long to return the car, the people who collect the cars when asked where to wait for the shuttle everyone have the correct answer, and put signs up showing which way to shuttle pick up to the airport.

I made arrangement for two rentals to take family from Dallas to Phoenix on Saturday nov.14, 2020. I rented 2 suvs, when I got there I am an emerald club member so I went to rows. They only had cars. I told clerk Denise I had rented a Tahoe cause of my heigh 6’7” I know I fit in it great. She pointed out Nissan armadas and told me that all she had. There was 3 expeditions and a suburban and she couldn’t upgrade me or tell me when I could swap it out. My knees were in dashboard all the way 14 hours. Time to try thrifty they can keep there emerald club pass. Denise was rude as hell fir being in a customer service career. Look elsewhere if you want better customer service cause you won’t get it at That branch.
The front counter customer service was phenomenal...but the rental was not clean (neither inside nor out), the tire pressure sensor was illuminated, and when I went to the service section of the lot, the gentlement didn't even bother to over-ride the sensor, or suggest to switch the car out. The service department was extremely backed up, and the gentlemen were not helpful at all. The front desk customer service, again, was PHENOMENAL.
