1. PREPAID to reserve an SUV. Got a minivan. Yet no reduction in price. 2. Key fob battery did not work for the minivan. Could NOT lock the minivan at all! 3. Told to take minivan to ANY Avis to swap out. Had to go to TWO Avis locations to swap out for another minivan. 4. Second minivan had ZERO windshield wiper fluid. Completely sucked.

Good service at desk. Better car than we had anticipated. Quick in and out on both arrival and return. Can't ask for more.

This business has both poor quality of reliability and customer services. After coming back out of town from a family emergency, my mother returned a car and received poor service from multiple employees. After no more than 15 minutes she realized she had left her bag with very important belongings in the rental car and decided to go back. Upon returning, the employee who was initially there was gone and so was the bag. At one point during the search, they tried to imply that the vehicle she used was in fact not the correct one despite having just returned it. A police report was filed and they had said that they have had calls in regards to theft in that location before. At one point my mother asked to see the camera footage. She was told that there were in fact cameras in the location, but they could not show the footage. If you value your belongings and need to rent a vehicle, do not use this establishment. You will likely lose several items and be serviced by disrespectful employees.

THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY INVOLVED IN THE THEFT OF LEFT CUSTOMER ITEMS. I have been in the hospital for the last three days and my parents rented a vehicle to drive three hours to visit me and bring me home for better care. When we returned the vehicle, we were 13 minutes away from the location when my mom realized that she left a very expensive bag with her wallet and other valuable items in the backseat of the vehicle. We returned to the location to find that the vehicle had been checked, washed and placed with the rest of the rentals, you’d assume this is good news and her bag would be in lost and found. They pretended as though there was nothing in the car, they then attempted to make us seem as though we were unsure what car we were in when the information is on the confirmation we have and they then refused to give us the corporate office number. When filing the police report, the officer stated THIS WAS THE SECOND THEFT REPORT FILED AT THIS LOCATION THIS WEEK.

Went to Payless. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I was worried about some tolls I accidentally went through helped me with it and Im very grateful for their kindness and patience in explaining it. I will be going back to them again next time in Dallas.
