This is my second poor experience with this facility at Love Field. The first time I rented here, they gave me a dirty vehicle with mud inside the back and the previous customer's trash had not been cleaned out. This time, they gave me a vehicle with a tire leak. I drove off the lot and the tire pressure gauge immediately came on. I pulled over and discovered that the valve cover was missing on the leaking tire. I was on the way to a business meeting, but I called them immediately to address the issue. After explaining the issue, they asked if I could change the tire in my business attire before my meeting. I did not have the time to do this, nor should I have had to do this due to their negligence. They apologized and told me that they would address it. They did so, but then charged me $220 to fix their mistake. I have tried to address this with their customer service team during business hours, but I was put on hold for 10 minutes before finally being told that there was no one available to help me. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company.
Don’t know if it is all budget locations but the 2 times I’ve rented from budget @ love field there are issues. I usually rent Alamo or enterprise which is a different car rental location at this airport. The budget Avis rental center always is slow, a line, slowest most infrequent shuttle and the people just seem angry. Not friendly. I’ll pay more for better service next time.

This was the worst experience I've ever had to rent a car. First, we stood in line for over 2 hours to get a vehicle because there were only 2 people working. I called Budget to get the amount of the deposit for that specific location but I was told the wrong amount. I was also told that I could put the deposit on a separate card but that was inaccurate too. Once I got the paperwork done, they told me where to find the vehicle in the parking lot and they didn't conduct an inspection until I returned it. It was a little dirty inside and out and that's exactly how I returned it. My advise is, if you need to rent a car from Dallas Love Field Airport, don't get one from Budget, Avis or Payless. They're all together. Never again for me.
I had a fantastic rental experience here last month. No issues at all. This last rental experience was a disaster. They gave me a car that had been in a wreck and not repaired properly. It was also missing the car jack. I returned it on 3/22 with a full tank of gas. Good thing I took a picture of the console with a time/date stamp. They did not check it in properly and they are charging me for a late return. They had a crazy long line when I returned it. They didn't check it in until 3/24!!! When trying to get a hold of someone to rectify, I can not reach anyone. Be cautious and get a printed receipt upon return!! I plan on letting Costco travel know of this terrible experience as well. Hopefully someone reading this will follow-up and take care of this
