Could definitely use them again. The only part I wasn't real crazy about is upon return of the vehicle is not easily to decipher where return the vehicle as you have to be mindful to look for the Hertz logo. Great experience.

Never again! Made Reservations over the phone excepted are debit card. Get here to pick up the car and was told we also need A valid credit card because we do not have a flights in or out of love field was never told this had rented before edit another dollar rental airport and again was never told that we have to have a major credit card Dave Ramsey recommended this. I even called to change the time to pick up the car and tell them that we were driving in and the representative never once said you have to have a major credit card if you're not flying in from Love Field. I think it is ridiculous if you do not have a flight that you have to have a major credit card to drive around a vehicle. The whole point of dollar rental is because they are making it easy for people who do not have a major credit card now they miles will be just like any other rental agency out there.

Extremely prompt, professional and easy. Very happy with my experience. The shuttle was there to pick me up at baggage to take me to location which was super quick. I was welcomed by the staff and directed towards the counter. The associate checked me in and got me on my way within 5 min. They were exceptionally welcoming, safe and kind. A staff member took me to my car and I was on my way. Time is greatly valued and I appreciate how quick this process too. I will def. use this location again. It is very close in proximity to the entrace of the airport, safe and reliable. Thanks!n(Location was great, easy to navigate)

This place is an absolute nightmare. We booked a reservation and our flight was delayed. We were told since we paid for the reservation they would wait for us. NOPE. We called and we called. Finally Nikki told us that the shuttle would be arriving in five minutes. 20 minutes go by and still no shuttle! So we call back and someone says they are closed. Why would a representative essentially lie to us if we couldn’t pick the car up!?????nnBeware: the cheap price isn’t worth the time wasted and the incompetent customer service. You are better off using Budget or Enterprise.

Thankfully I had plenty of time to drop off car. Dollar needs to update their Google Map address. Their location at Love Field is actually not the old location, they have merged location with Hertz. So stay on Herb Kelleher to entrance.
