This location definitely needs more than one employee. When I got here there was another person waiting and said she had not seen the employee. Caliber was trying to locate her. She told all 3 of us waiting it would be at least 30 mins before she could get us a car bc none of them are ready. After checking everyone in she finally went to get cars. She stated it would 15 mins to get each car!
This location is the absolute worst.nnThey erroneously charged my card instead of authorizing an amount since insurance was paying for my rental.nnThey are rude and refuse to accept responsibility for their misinformation. They lack empathy and although they told me my account would be refunded after the car was returned, i returned the rental 1/31 and have yet to receive a refund.nnThey charged the insurance company an additional day of rental when the car was returned 1/31.nnI have called 5 times regarding this issue and each time the staff makes me feel bad about inquiring about my money.nnPrior to posting this review I reached out to the location and ERAC Corp to no avail.nnI feel bad for considering my ERAC experience in my Caliber survey.
