Scam car rental company through Turo. The car was given with bald tires and they attempted to charge renter an arm and leg to replace for their negligence. DO NOT rent cars from this dishonest car rental group, you will get into an accident driving their cars and still be on the hook for their deceitful business conduct.

The owner Kyle lee is very unprofessional and shouldn't own a business. I could only work for this company for 2 months. He doesnt pay his employees on time and always has an excuse as to why. It took me 4 weeks to get my first paycheck from this guy. I quit back In October and this man has still not paid me what I'm owed. All the cars are high milage for rental cars and are not kept up with. He puts used tires on cars and could care less about people's safety. This guy is just super shady I would stay clear.

Customer service is lacking. I ordered a car through Turo, there was no information on the advertisement for the car stating that we needed to provide further information to the third party after renting.nnUltimately, because I didn't want my wife giving her residence address to some stranger on Turo, our trip was cancelled and I was forced to eat $130 in booking fees.nnGo Curbsyde claimed that we had plenty of time to discuss, however they did not respond to our messages send the night before, until 30 minutes before the trip began, which was too late to cancel for free.nnI called their number multiple times, where some random girl hung up on me and began screening my calls.nnTuro was not much help in this process, they stated that some people do request drivers license information. I said that's fine, but if I politely decline to provide my driver's license again, to a random person, then I should be able to be refunded.nnProviding this information is not something we agreed to ahead of the scheduling, and it is not something we have had to do in the past to rent a car. As a result, we were suspect. I have attached pictures of the listing, where you can see there is no request for a driver's license.nnUltimately, we did upload the driver's license, but the trip had already been cancelled. I am now submitting a claim to be refunded for the $130.nnYou can also see that there is no notification for me having cancelled the trip. This is because we did not cancel the trip.nnEven if I am refunded, the poor customer service from this company would not allow me to change my review.nnJust go to Enterprise or something.

It's a scam. Unsafe vehicles and we had a dangerous blow out 20 minutes after picking up the car. The owner appears to put old tires on the car and then wants the customer to pay for replacements. High risk of death or serious injury when renting from this person.
