I would not encourage anyone to rent or do business with this location. I personally experienced poor, rude, and racial service from Brittany and Chris at this Enterprise location multiple times. These two individuals made renting a terrible experience. I REFUSE to do any business with Enterprise due to the lack of professionalism. I am actually looking forward to filing a complaint with who regulates matters with enterprise as well as writing a formal letter to the owner to advise how the customers have been treated at this location.
They're pretty good. They're at most collision centers and car dealerships. They were very nice but had some technical issues that lasted several days.
Love the team!! They were very helpful with my reservation and always friendly. Thanks again Chris and Kayla!
Rude staff. I could tell one employee was bad mouthing about my family to another employee once we left.
Great team! Very nice and easy to work with! Got one of my cars changed out and they were really easy and nice!
