Enterprise is the best! If you join Enterprise Plus (free) you automatically get a 5% discount on your rental. Their prices are better and the folks at their Knox Henderson store in Dallas are helpful and they have the handoff down to a speedy, clean, limited contact science. I rented and drove to another state -- had a low tire while gone - -Enterprise sent me to Discount Tire in that city and they repaired the tire, rotated the tires, and had me back on the road in 45 minutes, no money out of my pocket. They take care of you.
I rent at Enterprise Rental Car quite often, but this experience was truly the worst. The Knox Henderson location in Dallas Texas was not up to par. My vehicle was dirty inside and out. While dealing with covid-19, I would think that Enterprise would ensure vehicle cleanliness however, I did not feel that way. I was really in a hurry and did not have time to go back and forth with the company in regards to this. The vehicle also had damage to the windshield, which I expressed would be okay. As I started to think about it...I am paying for this rental and I did not get what I paid for , which was the promise of a clean new vehicle. SO DISAPPOINTED!
This is the best Enterprise center I have used over the past several years. Manager, Joe Hudgins, is a polished professional. Always genuinely friendly, he makes every effort to provide the highest quality of customer service. I give him and the staff enthusiastic kudos.
I called John at the Knox Henderson location to rent a specific premium car. He called me back quickly after location the vehicle indicating he could have it ready within an hour. Very professional, responsive and courteous.
Great flexibility and professional/courteous customer service at the Knox-Henderson Tx location!!
