This is my go to rental agency. Most days they always have what I need and on the off day that they don't, they have always been accommodating. Great service!!!
They did not honor my reservation, and they could not or would not send me to another location to pick up a car, so basically I was stranded once I got dropped off to pick up a rental car.nAFTER I spent an hour trying to call other nearby offices to find one that could fill my reservation, I give two stars because the employee who closed up the office at least have me a ride to the nearest restaurant with WiFi.
Had a flat tire and had to air up a tire before I drove to Houston at the center. The same tire was flat flat the next morning and had to push it to a Costco. Costco car team replaced the tire with the spare. Then vehichle tire pressure was off when I picked the car, that's why I put air in it before I left the lot. On my way home the spare tire kept losing air. Great customer service when I picked up the vehicle, but bad service returning it. Car smelled like cigarettes when they charge a no smoking fee. Great price but bad car rental service and they don't check the vehicle.

The lady that helped me into the counter was magnificent. Unfortunately my rental was to attend my father's funeral in Kansas and the people at Avis counter were really awesome. They had empathy and I felt like they really cared for that reason I will continue renting from Avis
