They would not rent me my reservation even tho i was paying over 300 dollars from a debit card because of a credit check. Said if I had a credit card to put down instead of debiting up front it would be fine. What kind of backwards logic is that??
I’ve been a renter from this location and I love the service staff is great the owner is very nice & professional cars all have been very well kept
The Budget rental on Midlothian is horrible! Drove a truck from Richmond to Texas, with a half closing driver side door, hard to keep in the lane and when it rains, it also rains inside! Talked to the manager and she says she doesn't want to argue or deal with it. SHE HUNG UP! Called customer service and they said call road side assistance, who was willing to bring a new truck and switch out the furniture, the next DAY. I have two days to get my daughter there to start residency, not an option. Got to Texas and they were terrific! Long story short, customer service tried to fix with a. 60$ discount... Don't worry I'm not DONE!
