I am done with this location. I understand that things happen but my reservation was at 2:30 I arrive on time and was told that they had to take the car for an oil change. Get back at 4:00 and now they have to wash it. They have no respect for my time. Why make a reservation if they can’t honor it. Then their attitude about it is unapologetic. I used to be a loyal customer. Not anymore. I will he reach out to corporate.
Completely professional and courteous. Mr. Cory and all other staff was top notch folks.....I appreciate the great customer service and the vehicle was clean and price was very fair.nI even received an upgrade due none available economy car. :)nKeep up the great job, and see ya'll when I next need to rent a vehicle. :)nGod Bless
