They were extremely courteous and helpful.. I couldn't get my rental because my license wasn't renewed yet, so they drove me to the DMV to get it updated! Wow!! Never had a company do that for me. Great customer care, highly recommended!
I needed a car desperately on a Friday. I was told at Port Lavaca there are no reservations made after 3:30. I called the Victoria TX number and got someone out of state who booked a reservation for 4:30. When I got ahold of someone at Victoria later I was told that I did not have a car booked that whoever made the reservation m made a mistake. What kind of idiots do you hire. Geez....
I was satisfied, timing was very important to me the day I rented a car. They kept their appointment, I received a decent car. It was what I expected and what they described. I received my deposit back. The lady was professional. For the first time, I can’t find nothing to complain about. Lol
Been trying to do a reservation and no one answers the phone
I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Port Lavaca and returned it in Spring, TX. Mickey at Port Lavaca was extremely nice and helpful and answered any questions that I had. The young man at the Louetta, Spring store was also very nice and had an employee drive me to my mechanic to pick up my car. They both made a stressful situation easier for me. Thanks!
