I was recently in town for business when I started having issues with my rental. I stopped by this location and was assisted by Adam. He was truly so helpful and kind and had a great sense of humor. He really made my day & my experience with Enterprise so great. Adam also added great value to my situation by talking to me about the enterprise loyalty program and how it could benefit me now that I have a job that require frequent traveling/car rentals. Great job, Adam! Keep up the awesome work!!
Enterprise never ceases to amaze. I always have a positive experience when I rent from you guys. My most recent experience at the West Jordan location took customer service to a whole new level. I was having a bad day during this particular visit. The staff was remained extremely patient and professional. Of note was Adam. He came out and very quickly put me at ease with his kindness and compassion. He patiently listened while I recalled the horrible events that lead me to have a bad day. He then assured me that my requested car would be ready within a matter of minutes. I drove away feeling so much better. It’s a rarity to find genuine kindness and concern when we’re all under so much pressure but your team pulled it off flawlessly. A million times, thank you! And please give those people a raise. I wasn’t the most pleasant but they remained professional and kind. Thank you Adam and the rest of your team! #teamenterprise
By far one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. I was in a pinch because I was visiting family, and my cousins car was in the shop so I had no means of transportation. It was like god sent that I was near this location. Everyone was super friendly and took into account how flustered I was. Adam reassured me that everything was gonna be okay and he was going to get me into a car right away. Someone really needs to give Adam a raise! That man not only saved my life that trip but he was funny, outgoing, and persistent. He is the definition of an MVP.
I've rented from this location 2 separate times. The first time was amazing. The 2nd time was ok. They were really good about offering a deal to make up for it. That was very nice of them. Yesterday and today I called to make sure i could use that deal and how to use it I got 3 different answers. It was a little frustrating. I finally made my reservation and called to verify I made my reservation and, behold, my reservation is not acceptable for my deal via another person's answer. I'm just frustrated and wished everyone was on the same page in that office. I'm currently looking at another enterprise office. I love the company as a whole and enjoy my rental experience each time. Just not a fan of this location.
I loathe the process of having to rent a car - especially when I know my insurance is going to try and stick me with the bill! I ended up needing a rental when in West Jordan recently. I walk into this Enterprise (visibly stressed) & Adam wasn't too busy to help me get my rental situation taken care of - especially with my worries about insurance screwing me. I would say the entire experience was equivalent to the time it takes for me to go through the car wash. Only lets me give 5 stars, but more accurate is a 10/10 for this Enterprise location - ask for Adam he's the funniest one in the entire place!
