Enterprise will no longer pick you up and their customer service has gotten lost in COVID too it seems. I had to get a replacement vehicle after being involved in a hit and run. Enterprise was the closest and I have had mostly positive experiences with them previously, so I had the insurance company use them. I am well aware of COVID restrictions as I am a nurse on a COVID unit, but they made no apologies for their lack of customer service. I asked to be picked up, since I was unaware of the change and was appalled by the way the representative reacted. He became unprofessional and very sarcastic. When they didnt have ANY vehicles available I reached out to my insurance company and they upgraded my rental. I thought things might improve when I arrived in person; but, unfortunately, I was wrong. He was even more unprofessional and sarcastic. His passive aggressive, childish behavior added insult to injury.nnUpgraded to 2 stars for the representative who checked my rental car back in, as he was actually a decent acting adult.
Very nice gentleman picked me up took me to my rental car got me all fixed up
Closed down so why let people rent? Note on door directing us to different Enterprise.
Erin and Ernest are literally the best they help me and my family in a major way... Thank you again and again for the major switch out of vehicles and excellent customer service to make the situation right... Thank you again for going above and beyond
