I was very happy with the customer service and vehicle I was given; people were friendly/helpful and the car was immaculate. Would definitely recommend this place!
Good car, good service, a little expensive
Horrible place. Horrible lady. They rented me a dirty dirty car no wash whatsoever. Car look so dirty gross on outside. Well i only used it for 5 hours and asked if i could get dropped off and i also filled tank to full when it was only 3/4 full. They said address where i was getting dropped off was too far away 9miles anf she said they only do within 5 miles. Really? Well ive used this place at its old address 2 blocks away and they've dropped me off with no problem. Worst customer service. Would not recommend.
The last rental I had went absolutely perfect other than at the end of it. Enterprise claims worldwide they can pick you up and drop you off. More times than not I have to get an Uber to get me to or from enterprise. This doesn’t make me very happy last Time I was 3.8 miles away and I didn’t get dropped off.
I Think the Sales guys did a good job especially Joel Morales on helping me find a car that fits me and my budget. He was patient and also took time to show me some cars that I might like until we found the right one. Again Joel thank you for your hard work and to all the sales guys that helped us as well.. You all did a fantastic job.. Thank you..
