Hertz Rent A Car on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a great location to rent a car when you need it. They make the process simple and easy at all steps and you can be on your way with the vehicle you need. The staff here is professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Corporate needs to change the policy of having to return a vehicle just have more days than you intended to have when you first rent the vehicle. I payed 405 to rent the vehicle for one day and I came back late with the vehicle and ask if I could extend it for a few more days the young lady told me I have to bring the vehicle back in and start the process againud83dude12ud83dude12ud83dude12!! So that means I would pay 400 for two days for a rental which I think is a crazy!! Hentz have loss a good client!!

Reserved a car 2 weeks ago for my family trip. I was supposed to pick up the car today at 9:30. At 9 am I got a call they don't have a car for me. They don't have an alternative. And all I got was an I'm sorry. How does that fix the fact I no longer have a car for my family vacation?! What am I supposed to tell my children?! You can't count on Hertz. EVER !

Wouldn't even give them a star if I didn't have to. Worst service I have ever had and I will never recommend them to anyone. Reserved a vehicle two weeks in advance and they cancelled the day I was supposed to pick it up for my trip. And wouldn't work with us. Would not use them.

Very disappointing....made the reservation online ( #J49016636**) arrived 15 minutes early to pick up my truck. While waiting to be served I learned they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. I was offered another truck for 165.00. My original reservation was $77.00. Pete was not willing to come down on the price. First time making a reservation with Hertz and will be my last time. Going back to Enterprise. Never had a problem with my reservations. Wish I didn't have to post 1 star.
