This Enterprise location may be the best car rental experience I've ever had out of all the car rental companies out there. Jay is amazing, and so is everyone else I've had the pleasure of working with at this location. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
I dealt with enterprises twice the one on Rivers Ave in Charleston and the one in Mt. Pleasant. Both were great. The registration process was easy and the variety of cars was nice. There is a $200. Deposit but you get it back after you turn the vehicle in. They also give you a copy of the contract with either through email or printed out before you leave. They don't mind answering questions and when I was in a rush they understood and found an available car quickly for me.
I always use this branch when I am going out of town. They have always gotten me in and out quick without a hassle. The customer service is outstanding and I have never had a single issue picking up or dropping off here.
Had a great experience working with Jay last week. I showed up early to pick up my rental and he went out of his way to help me get on the road. Thanks for being so helpful and understanding!
Andrew and jay are amazing. They did everything they could to help me out. The other enterprise unfortunately couldn't help me bc of tourist season but these guys made it happen. Very good at explaining all the details so there was no surprises. Then suggested ways i could save money. Solid guys. You don't find that in this world often.
