Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I only use enterprise they are very professional and dependable on having the vehicle that you want. My 2020 was outstanding and great on gas. Thanks see you next time!

I have been an Enterprise customer for many years and in several states across the country. I have always been treated well and the cars provided have been the best. That was until this last week. My car had to go into the shop for repairs and my insurance company Progressive setup the rental.nWhen I arrived at the enterprise location I was told that they only had one vehicle available and it would be covered 100% by my insurance. My insurance policy includes free rentals anytime I have to use it for car repairs so I had no worries.nWhen I entered the car I could smell the stench of cigarettes and mildew. The carpets were filthy and full of grass. I asked the gentleman if they could please wash it before taking it. He said the car has been recently washed. I had to open all of the doors so that he could see it and then he realized his mistake.nThat was not the end of it the car still smelled like cigarettes and was told to call back later to see if there were any vehicles available. I attempted to get a rep at this location multiple times and no one would answer.nA couple of days later I received notification from my bank that’s there were several unauthorized charges from Enterprise. I was not immediately concerned because I know that they place a $50 hold which they have refunded immediately after returning in the past.nWhen I arrived to the location after picking up my vehicle and returning the rental I proceeded to inform the customer rep about the charges. She gave me some BS excuse that this was for license fees. I was never advised of these fees and from the get go was advised that my insurance covered everything. I asked for a copy of the charges and she said she could not provide this information. I said that’s impossible how can you not provide an invoice or breakdown of the bill. She said that I needed to contact progressive.nI contacted progressive and the customer service rep stated that I should’ve never been charged for anything since the price quoted was $40 per day which included all fees and taxes. I made several attempts to contact the enterprise location and was placed on hold then hung up on.nAfter reading the reviews I noticed that this was a common behavior of deceitfulness towards their customers. I will never ever use enterprise again and I recommend others to stay far away as possible from the location on old trolley road. If I could give a zero I would.

Vanessa went out of her way to make sure I was where I needed to be in time. On a day that all the rental places were all out of cars and I ended up late and lost my rental. Vanessa called everywhere and did all she could to help me on one of the most important days of my life.. thank you so much Vanessa.

I call to have a reservation made, and I get an email to confirm it. The rep also confirms I will be picked up at a shop at that time. Then I call and ask to be picked up at the time of the reservation, and they tell me there isn't any vehicle ready. No explanation what that confirmation email could mean if a car isn't ready. I mean do you want to make money, or not? Then thirty minutes later, suddenly TWO cars area ready! Stupid people from up north and anywhere else in the USA move here and bring their local trash ethics and to change the cultural/social landscape to join the rest of the moral rot of America.
