Rented SUV online after my car had a catastrophic engine failure. Barely made it before Enterprise closed for the day and even at last minute they were accommodating and helpful. I was from out of town on a visit to son and they helped me tremendously so my wife and I could visit. We really appreciated their service and efforts to help out an old veteran on Veterans day.
Me and my husband get cars from here when we are going out of town! The cars drive good, they be clean. The only thing I would suggest is they should put a air freshener in it. So, that we wouldn't smell other scents.
My whole experience recently with Enterprise was wonderful. Kevin brought my rental to the repair shop where my car was and he was fantastic! So personable and really made a great impression. Then at checkout I was again treated with courtesy and respect. Would highly recommend the Rivers Ave branch again.
We arrived at 11:58 am on a Saturday! They close at 12 pm and I wasn’t rushed away but serviced and put into a rental by a gentleman by the name of Brandon Dixon ! All the workers who detail / clean the cars left he even come out and detailed it himself and washed the outside. He followed the Covid procedures and was in no rush to have us in an unsafe vehicle! We appreciate you Mr. Dixon !
Great experience renting everytime! Very helpful staff with my almost weekly rentals. Miles was courteous and got everything taken care of quickly!
