Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The team at Enterprise in the 3600 S. Wilmington St. office in Garner provided excellent service when I rented a mini-van last week. I was given a choice of vehicles, all of which were clean but one had been used by a smoker. Since I had completed the online enrollment process before picking up the vehicle, it was very quick to choose the van that I wanted, inspect it for dents or scratches (there were none), review the options for additional coverage, and drive away.nReturning the vehicle was also quick and easy. The staff members were all courteous and efficient. I do recommend using the website in order to simplify the pickup and minimize contact (although everyone wore a mask).

I knew little about anything that I needed to do when I was dropping my rental car back off, Mike was absolutely AMAZING. He was detailed but still prompt with time when he was checking my rental in and helped me figure out my ride situation. It was such a quick and hassle free process. They had many precautions in place to assure the safety of their customers during this pandemic..all around great experience! Would highly recommend this location! :)

My pick up was prompt and check in efficient. Social distancing and masks were in full use by all. The car was in great shape. Everyone at the operation on S. Wilmington Street in Raleigh was excellent! I'll definitely use this group again.

This place (3600 S Wilmington) needs to work on customer service and stop insisting for the customer to upgrade to an SUV.nnDuring the rental process, the employee asked several times on the phone and when I pick up the car if I wanted to upgrade. I kept telling him no.nnLater in the day, I called enterprise and complained that the vehicle had marijuana smell. I asked for another car and the employee told me if I wanted to upgrade to an SUV. I said no and asked for a car. She then asked me to come after 5pm to see if any cars were available. The second option was for me to go to enterprise and wait for 15-20 minutes while they run an air cleaner in the car.nnSince my work schedule did not allow me to be there at a specific time, I had no choice but to keep the car.nnWhen I returned the vehicle I asked the employee if he could drop me off at my job that was 1.9 miles and he said they were tied up and that I would have to wait. They are ok with wasting customers time but not theirs. I ended up calling a friend and I was glad that I did not have to deal with them anymore.nnThey are definitely not getting my business in the future.

To be honest Taylor makes that place a more pleasurable experience! She’s welcoming and very helpful! Also the older gentleman that picks people up is very kind! We’ve been using this location for quite some time now and have complete at least 12+ rentals. (we’ve been sitting on our insurance check while we shop around) I hope to see her in a higher position soon because she really deserves it!
