Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved a full size vehicle for my family vacation a month in advance. Arrive the day of to learn that they did not have the size car that I RESERVED(keyword) so the rep offered an upgrade to a suv, after 10-15 mins of trying to upsale me extra insurance that I clearly didnt want. Upon payment I was informed that I couldnt use a debit card for an suv. Then I was offered a vehicle that was 2x smaller the size of my personal car(the reason I was renting in the first place, for a more comfortable roomy vehicle) so i ended up driving my personal vehicle plus two uber trips to enterprise. And to add that was the last option from customer service.....a compact vehicle . If I reserved a vehicle, that vehicle should be there ready for me, if not I should be compensated.

Called this morning on three occasions and Brandon kept answering and hanging up every time I kept asking for a manager. DON’T BOTHER RENTING FROM THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF THEY DON’T WON’T TO BE BOTHERED.

Absolutely awesome! Very quick and easy. I was in and out in under 10 mins. I like seeing teamwork.
