Budget Car Rental

If no stars were available I would select it. Made a reservation, a gentleman called me the night before and stated no cars currently available and to call in the morning. have tried for over an hour since they opened and no one is answering. Keeps rerouting me to the national budget rental car number and they are just as useless. had to cancel my reservation and source an alternate rental car. last time i use budget rental car.

My car was dirty, they do not wash the cars and mine was not sanitized!!!! The car has a some odor to it as well.There was marks all over the seats and also dog hair in the car and it did not have a clean smell to it. Very disappointing and unacceptable because a clean car should be a TOP priority especially with COVID-19. The wipers in the car are also really bad.. the car was not ready to be rented. I complained about this and was told only the RDU has the car wash!!!

I rent bi-weekly, these guys have taken care of me ever since I started using their service. Absolutely relieved to have found them near-by. Thank you gentlemen.

Poor customer service, takes way too long to pickup a car, requests for too many documents which they didn't tell you to bring during booking, car parked far away from office, you're then expected to return the car to the far away location without being told, renting Toyotas with the most annoying cruise control, and even charging you unexpected fees you never planned for. Quite a poor experience compared to the competition.

Very nice and awesome customer service. This is the only location me and my family rents from; if we have an issue they are very quick and efficient to resolve the issue.
