Avis Car Rental

My mother and I rented a car from Avis 2 years ago in Raleigh since my mom was an Amazon Prime member. The staff had to write a manual receipt since the printer was out of service and I couldn't understand the clerk. We eventually got our rental Malibu from The garage across the street and we also took care of the Malibu. However, I don't know where the Famous Footwear my mother's Amazon gift card is to this day that she was supposed to receive as a promo.

I give Avis 4 stars because customer service was pretty good but I didn't care for the security guard at the gate. The security guard was so rude an nasty to everyone that went passed him. I didn't know how to use the card going out an he literally snatched the card out my hand and I was just talking rude to me. I don't know what his problem was but he didn't need to come to work if he was going be rude and nasty to folks.

I did not rent a car here and this was another 20 mile trip wasted due to their failure to provide enough pertentent information. This location and Budget ran my card information and did not tell me until afterwards of local requirements. I believe it was a scam.

Worst customer service ever.nI had to drive 100 miles extra for their fault. And then when I asked compensation I was asked to get out of the office.nPeople are so rude don’t know why I booked car from there. I would suggest everyone to pay some extra money somewhere else then to go for this company.nIf I had a chance to go negative rating I would have done that.nPLEASE ITS A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY

Go for Avis if you don’t want to get a car. Same thing applies for the crabtree location.
