Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My work vehicle broke down on a Monday around 2, so I got everything setup with Enterprise over the phone and go this location... they were closed by 3 with no excuse. Stinks a lot because this town is in the middle of nowhere! I hope to never visit this town again! And this location has horrible customer service. It feels good to eat, no one will listen, but at least this is out there to read.

I had a really good experience with the Ast Manager. He fully described the whole process to me. He made sure everything was taken care of and he went above and beyond.

Try to rent a vehicle and we had an out of state license and they required us to have a credit card. We have no credit card and we couldn't even list an extra driver without a credit card. No where on the website is that listed. It's an outrageous policy that need to be reviewed. The manager gave us a very inexcusable attitude for any person of authority. I have used enterprise for over 30 years and treated like a worthless customer. We were not able to complete a reservation and had to leave 8 hours early. We highly recommend avis-budget in Durham. They were prompt and professional unlike this enterprise here.

My experience was really pleasant. Safety was their first priority with Covid-19 concerns. The gentleman who helped us was extremely nice and professional. The over all experience was good enough that I would use them again. Thanks!
