Not impressed so far I pulled up and they called me and said they had to move my reservation back because someone just walked in. So now my truck is in the shop and I'm without a vehicle because someone walked in even though I had a reservation and I was sitting in the parking lot.nUpdate- they were able to help me out later in the day, although it wasn't what I expected I was able to get the same deal. I'm enjoying my rental right now thank you for your help.

The young lady that helped us was awesome to deal with. She was patient and kind. We had an issue at first but she took our problem and worked everything out for us! Outstanding employee! We will be using Enterprise for ALL of our car rental needs bc of her! Thank you for everything!

I tried to rent a car 2 days in a row..day 1 I booked online, got everything all set and was called 30 minutes later from actual location saying they didn't have any cars. Day 2 I called this time, spoke to a nice person who set up my reservation for this evening. 30 minutes later I get a call from same person...no cars...I'm not sure i understand how Enterprise allows the reservation to made(either on-line or by phone) without actually having any availability. I wouldn't book with Denver NC location, your chances are slim to none for having any cars. No help what so ever from staff.

The company has not been able to adapt to the challenges of COVID or keep up with demand in our area. Two of three local branches are closed. Unfortunately we have no other options. Please Enterprise get to together!
