Enterprise Rent-A-Car

During our trip from PA to NC we were rear ended at a red light. This was the only branch who worked with us to get us in a replacement during Christmas, an extremely busy time. In particular, 2 employees were extremely courteous, understanding, and genuine. Bailey, and Brady. They worked hard to get us into a rental similar to our original so we could make the drive back to PA. They went above and beyond when no one else truly cares, it's business.

The staff was friendly and really respectful and helpful. They made my visit quick and painless.nThe only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cars were rough for being brand new....but the employee was quick to put me in a better conditioned car.nThank you Enterprise, already can't wait for my next adventure!!! ud83dude03

Enterprise has the best customer service ever. I have never even tried any other rental options because of how great the customer service has been. Reservation and check in was easy. The car we received was very good and was very good on gas. when we returned the vehicle it was just as easy. We had absolutely no problems.
