Distancing and masks covered. Full rundown on all the charges. Quickly got me on the road. Great folks. Turn in was fast and simple as well.

Spoke with someone at 3pm they told me there was a car ready for me and sent me my reservation number. I got dropped off at 4:45 and was told there was no car for me. They were going to call me but I got there too fast.nnThey told me they wouldn’t have anything until tomorrow morning and there was nothing they could do. I the. Had to find my way back to my original location. What a joke! What horrible customer service. Zero stars if I could.

I recently reserved a pick up truck for 7 days from Enterprise Rental on Spartanburg Hwy. in Hendersonville NC. Unfortunately they did not a truck available (Enterprise website let’s you reserve a car, even if they do not have that car available.)nThe local office called me the next morning and notified me they would not have a truck available for a few days, all were spoken for. They offered a Jeep Wrangler in place of the truck for the weekend, then I could switch out to a truck in a couple of days. This worked out perfectly, the Jeep was fun to drive and I switched to a truck on Tuesday.nWhile this all sounds like a hassle, I’m giving Enterprise on Spartanburg Highway “Five Stars+.“ I dealt with 3 different associates and each one of them was courteous, kind and accommodating, I felt they truly valued my business, heck they made me feel like family.nGreat social distancing, and all wore masks.nFantastic job Enterprise Mgmt. you have hired the right people and put together a wonderful team.nKudos!

Needed a rental car quickly and did not have a reservation. Brandon said he would call as soon as he had a car available. He called a couple of hours later with a car. Their driver picked me up and took me back to Enterprise. Will definitely recommend Enterprise and I will use them again if needed.
