This review is in complete gratitude to Erica Taylor the Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise in Roanoke Rapids, NC. I am a travel nurse and I finished my travel contract so I booked a car to drive back home and drop off as a one way rental. Well.... the morning I check out of my hotel I was picked up by Enterprise only to discover they can not rent me a vehicle because I do not own a credit card. All I use is my bank card. I literally just checked out of my hotel and their office was filled with my suitcases and other travel belongings. I was completely stranded and utterly confused why I can not use my bank card with more than enough funds to purchase their most expensive car in full (in case the car was totaled right?). Thank God Erica was working that morning. She saved the day. I had nowhere to go and nowhere to find a one way rental in this small town. It was seriously an unbelievable moment. She gave me a 1 time pass to rent the car by allowing me to break the rules and pay with my bank card. She had to get approval but I’m just grateful she made an effort to help me and bypass a silly rule (from my perspective). I drove the car back without any issues and it was clean and ran very well. Thank you Erica and your car was in safe hands !!!
I love renting the rental I had the salesman was nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle which I had I will be renting from them again in the near future thanks for the wonderful service
