Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise my experience was horrible, I made a reservation on Monday April 5,2021. Went to the store to pick my vehicle up at 8:30am, I was told they didn't have any cars. I was never contacted to be informed that information, I went back to the store at 12pm as I was told. Still the company had no available cars, I was advised to make another reservation for the following Tuesday. Made that reservation and again, Tuesday came and went they didn't have any cars. I never received a phone call nor a email, to inform me there was no available cars!! I went back to this enterprise again on Wednesday, again no car's available. I went to this store right before closing and was informed that the vehicles In there parking lot where available, for me to come first thing Thursday morning. I was at Enterprise Thursday April 8,2021 at 7:30am, thirty minutes before they opened. I again was informed that even though the people I witnessed able to get car's, and all the cars in the parking lot. That I was still unable to get a rental, I sat in my car after speaking to the associates. Until roughly 8:50am I watched 6 people come and get rentals, how it was explained to me. If someone comes in through insurance or a dealership they are first priority, I asked 4 out of the 6 people if they also had reservations. And not to my surprise they all had personal reservations, know dealership nor insurance company sent them!! Again I was told to be back at 3pm today for my rental, if the store doesn't have any available vehicles do not allow anyone. To take time out to make a reservation, because if you're going to pick and choose who gets the rental. A reservation isn't needed!!

I was in such a pickle, needing a 7 seater vehicle within 2 hours to pick up family and they HOOKED. IT. UP. They were extremely professional, helpful and quick. It was my first time renting a car and it was so easy and returning the vehicle was just as easy and quick. Yall need to go here for any rental needs and the workers need a raise because they definitely deserved it.

This place was ridiculous. I understood the lack of cars but they told me one time and then Internet me calling and being another and another. When I did receive a car whoever had it left pot in the car self along with trash. So I made sure all my stuff was out but I was not about to vacuum it and clean it out because they did not have the decency to do it for me. I even know the pot was in the car so I drove down to military training and got ramped buy his military police. That could’ve been my job.

Great customer service and prices. I would no doubt use Fayetteville enterprise again.

The people at Enterprise are always friendly and the cars as well. This time I did not enjoy the van that was given to me. It was an uncomfortable drive, not enough room inside and the van shifts to one side, it was a Chrysler van. Also I dislike the way it shuts off when you are waiting at a red light.
