Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Stay away from all enterprise rental. Especially the fayetteville locations as they choose to create their own guidelines for car rental instead of going by the rental agreement. Wasted half a day and still wasn’t able to rent the car we needed. Corporate calls and escalation didn’t help as they woman acted like the call was breaking up and couldn’t hear me and hung up on us. We had every qualification with enterprise checked off to rent with a debit card and they refused to Obey company guidelines and rent the car. Costed me income since I wasn’t on the job and almost making my wife late for her doctors appointments in Durham. Stay away or you’ll get screwed! Enterprise is garbage! Please reach out if you’re the area manager bc according to your rental confirmation and the rental agreement we were fully able to rent and were refused for not having a major credit card!! And your staff is just as bad as the company

Service was great but the first vehicle i was given had smelled like an ash tray an looked like it hadnt been clean at all. I tried to air out the car hoping it would get rid of the smell, I then called 30 mins later because i just couldnt handle the smell. I was told they only had a mini van, Of course i said yes because its between a mini van or a dirty cigarette smelling car. Ive waited 24 hrs to see if they would have another vehicle available because im not comfortable driving a mini van as i drive a sedan. Not very happy that im forced to drive a big vehicle or no vehicle at all.

Vehicle was not cleaned very well. Glass was hazed with greasy fingerprints all over. The rental process was fine but the cleanliness of the vehicle was poor.

It was a pleasure getting my vehicle in a timely manner. The customer service was wonderful

The counter clerk was rude and not helpful. They did not even try to help me. they left me fend for myself. The store manager was there and she did nothing to help. I will never go to this one ever again
