I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and quick the service here was. The employees went beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They were very competent and easily navigated obstacles efficiently. It was quick and easy.

Whenever I visit this enterprise facility, I always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly, kind, courteous, and professional. Maria, who is the manager of this Enterprise Rental Car facility is responsible for this because she has a great personally, and is always very kind, courteous, professional, and goes out of her way to help her customers. I have been with Enterprise for over 15 years and I have never seen a facility as good as this one. Their customer service is impeccable and second to none in comparison with the other Enterprises in Fayetteville. Maria and her staff is so good, I would never think of going to another car rental company. I invite anyone to give them a try, and you won't be disappointed. If something should arise, I guarantee you Maria will get it resolved for you, because if anybody can do it, Maria can. Congratulations to Maria and her staff for a great facility!

Every rental experience from this location has been exceptional...Enterprise is one of the few modern businesses that still offers big biz convenience and efficiency with the type of friendly service you would expect from a family run company. Today was a stellar example of that service...A last minute reservation was accommodated by Maria, who was handling phone calls, reservations, and returns, yet still found time to personally clean the interior and exterior of the Corolla ya'll provided. I have rented from this location many times, and every employee interaction has been excellent!

Good location....they have started some pricing changes that are not going to help poor people..the 300dollar deposit for a rental is geared to keep minorities from renting their cars...

My experience was veryy unprofessional and rude.. I made an reservation , The 2 cars this girl offered me she gave them to other people she told me I could not get a big car because I did not have a credit card even though I made an reservation for a Mid size SUV.. & Then gave me a compact car witch was small she acted like she did not want to help me at all.. I did not get a car until 5:40 pm and my reservation was at 12pm I missed my Check-in time for my room that was almost 3 hours away so I had to drive all the way back home and Im pregnant with 2 kids !
