My husband reserved a car online for pick up on a Monday. We arrived at 12 to pick up and was told our reservation wasn't until 2. They wouldn't give us a car. Waited around and ate lunch. Back at 2 then we are told they can't give us a vehicle because my husband is driving a rental already that his work rented him...then told they have nothing to rent out. Not sure why we weren't informed this when trying to reserve let alone when the guy pulled up our info seeing our reservation wasn't until 2. Sadly he wasnt even around when we tried to pick up and a lady had to tell us all the bad news. It was a big waste of time that could have been avoided.

This location was extremely helpful. The rep answered questions that our local location couldn't. We were able to get the vehicle we needed. Service was quick and easy. We drove all the way to Washington to rent from this location, when our local Enteprise is just 20 miles a way. And will do it again when we have a trip. Thanks for the great service!

I had a very positive experience with this company. The car I rented was extremely clean and a very nice model. I even had to extend my rental twice and there was no problem at all. Returning the vehicle was quick and easy and I was out the door. I rented from the Washington NC site on Hwy 264 and I would use them again! Thank you so much!

I'm always very pleased with my rentals at Enterprise. This time was no different...I had an upgrade which was very nice. I will always use Enterprise!

With Covid-19, everyone has to wear masks. Okay.nnBut they have the addition of having you wait outside in the heat! Not okay!nnAnd once everything was signed, they didn't have a car ready to send you on your way, they made me wait 20 minutes for it to get washed!nI could wait in my mom's vehicle during this - but mom had to get back to work! Meaning the Enterprise was taking up her time as well!
