Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience was not good it was wonderful I love enterprise if you have a problem they will resolve it immediately and there friendly too thanks enterprise for making my weeks feel comfortable

Reserved a rental for Friday (today) for a business trip to Washington DC this weekend. Called to make sure they had my vehicle ready, and they don’t have anything available and refused to put me in something else they did have available. Very unprofessional. People book rental cars because they NEED them, not because they hope they have one.

They gave us the run around all day long just to tell us they didn't have a vehicle for us. We could have went somewhere else but they ran us around until everything else is closed. Never again will I try to use them

We received a nearly brand new vehicle that was comparable to what we had been driving. The rental process was quick and easy. She went so far as to stay after work on the return date because we couldn't make it in time. I would recommend them to anyone.
